I take Dr. McCormick’s supplements. The Magnesium in his says (on the bottle)
Magnesium bisglycinate chelate and magnesium citrate.

Good morning Susan! I did not order the magnesium because I have IBS and afraid that my GI wouldn't be able to handle it. I hear that the best magnesium for people with IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) is Magnesium Glycinate. Do you take Dr. Mccormick's collagen? It is fortified with Fortibone which is the key ingredient and supposed to be good for our bones.
