Have you seen the movie “perfect days”?
I wish I was born with, or could cultivate, that happiness Gene, or contentedness Gene, that the star of this film obviously had. How do we, who suffer from depression, get to that place of gratitude and contentment, that the film promotes?
On the continuum from suicide to happiness, the star of the movie was definitely to the right. How did the rest of us progress toward that feeling?
