Hi @minajo, is this Chilaiditi’s syndrome or sign where the colon is abnormally located (interposed) in between the liver and the diaphragm? What is HETS?

YES! But told by pcp after consultation that it most likely wouldn't cause much of issue.. Meant hers not hets😳
Right now her recent hospitalization was due to refusal to eat , drink, very distended abdomen and hard .possibly began with Zonisamide 14 months ago?
Ct scan showed in sigmoid colon huge gas and a fecal impaction.. she's on Lactulose and Colace now and its helping a bit.. her nonverbal autism, epilepsy prohibit some procedures as she becomes aggressive, resistant to invasive things..
Soft foods, liquids..
Very difficult journey..
