Thank-you very much for your experience. Glad he's doing better. We may end up going that route too at some point - once we get through the procedures he's been needing to figure out why he's unable to eat.

I am three years post surgery and still suffer often with reflux and aspiration of the acid. currently sitting suffering with throat nose and lungs on fire. When I get this, a couple of times a month, I take hydro morphone and still suffer for a few hours before I can sleep again. I sleep on a 40 degree angle. I lost 25 percent of body mass but have put back on ten pounds in last year. any suggestions? Thanks, John
