I’ve gotten cortisone shots in my back before and couldn’t tell it at all. It was for a muscle spasm. They helped my frozen shoulders, but that was the only time. Maybe, that’s just me.

Was it an epidural or the ‘block’? Did it treat thefrozen shoulders or something else? Did you find it helped inflammation in general? Did it help the spasm? That was what I was hoping for but my doc said it is to treat pain. Not the underlying cause. Of course, I don’t want to get a false sense of security and move in a way I should not when I get the epidural tomorrow…
