You have a lot more issues than I do. I hope you can get some answers.
Doc says my next step is an injection. ( cortisone? Not sure ).

I’ve gotten cortisone shots in my back before and couldn’t tell it at all. It was for a muscle spasm. They helped my frozen shoulders, but that was the only time. Maybe, that’s just me.

Me too.

When I received my shot(s) I called back to ask what shot was given. The person named it, that it was a block, I repeated the question, she told me the name. I don’t recall probably in the corticosteroid family.
