I have right trap spasm that developed in 8/2023. I had a flare 2/24 where it really knotted up (with other muscle groups). I also had centralized pain to center of spine (mid back) that radiated out. I have known nerve problems and issues throughout neck but more prominently in spine around C6+.

Check out nerve dermatomes. They helped me pinpoint nerve dysregulation.

Slings put pressure on the neck area…Do you have neck issues? Or is this sudden and new?

Hope you feel better and get answers soon. I use salon pas…although that doesn’t really work with me. The baclofen helps with Lyrica and tylenol. Meds masking problems. I am in process of getting to bottom of the laundry list of symptoms and their root cause with help from some wonderful people here who are so helpful and encouraging. I wish I could repay the help some way…
