I take 500mg of taurine, 200mg of magnesium and 100mg Ubiquinol. I prefer to control the dosages of supplements especially since I drink electrolytes through the day so I did not want to take Heart Calm for that reason. I also need to know what, if anything, is causing a reaction. I added Ubiquinol first for a few days before adding taurine. With a formula like Heart Calm, if I have a reaction I can’t tell to what. That said many have benefited from that product.
