@cappcoach

I have no idea if this will help you but I had relentless PACs, SVTs and finally I read about Taurine. In combination with magnesium glycinate and Ubiquinol mine stopped within a few days. I can’t swear to it but I believe it was the taurine as I had been taking the magnesium for years and CoQ10, which is what Ubiquinol is, basically. It may have been the synergistic combo but I’ve read that taurine can help electrical heart issues. My primary was very excited about it. My cardiologist’s NP didn’t seem to care.

What is the dosage of this?

@cappcoach and @insley
What cappcoach is stating here is the exact supplement I take. I just started the taurine so not sure about the combination yet. I do think I have less but my next monitor check of my AICD/Pacemaker will determine if PVCs went down.

FYI: The magnesium was recommended by me EP. Co-Q-10 by my heart failure doctor, and the taurine by MCC posters. What I did was check with both my heart failure doctor and my EP if okay to take the taurine. They both said would not interfere with present medications and would be okay to take.

I know we all want to take something to reduce this problem but check with your doctors as we are all on different medications and what maybe okay for one may not be with another.
