72 yo male in very good health. Exercise at least an hour per day - usually more. Had 2 ablations for PVCs. After 2nd ablation burden was almost 50%. Taking Valsartan and diltiazem (bp) and Flecainide 100mg x2/day. I get pretty good relief for several hours per day but usually have breakthrough palpitations by early afternoon. I usually get some relief by taking an afternoon walk of 2-3 miles. EP has suggested amioradone 200 mg/day. Have not started amio yet because I’m concerned about side effects. At wits end - any thoughts or suggestions?

I have no idea if this will help you but I had relentless PACs, SVTs and finally I read about Taurine. In combination with magnesium glycinate and Ubiquinol mine stopped within a few days. I can’t swear to it but I believe it was the taurine as I had been taking the magnesium for years and CoQ10, which is what Ubiquinol is, basically. It may have been the synergistic combo but I’ve read that taurine can help electrical heart issues. My primary was very excited about it. My cardiologist’s NP didn’t seem to care.

I’ve started to take heart calm by Vital Biologics. You may want to look this up and review. I’ve only been on this a day so we’ll see. Seemed to have reduced the forcefulness of the PVCs.

Have you had a VT episode with high reaching heart beats ie 180 or higher(
