Excuse my rudeness…didn’t mean to imply this forum isn’t good…invaluable for those taking meds. We have talked on this forum about various topics like exercise, vibration platforms, diet, LiftMOR, but there aren’t a lot of us so I am just looking for other groups/more people/more experience. No criticism intended!
