I have neck mass for 22 days painless.size reduced after 15 days but small amount still now present.Already completed fnac test showing reactive hyperplasia of lymph nodes.Completed antibiotic course 10 days vektum CV 625 mg. What to do now?How many days require to clean the lump from my neck.or need to worry?

I think this is a good question for your doctor or his nurse for the most accurate information. As a veterinarian I can tell you that in animals a reactive lymph node can take many weeks to return to normal size. The fact that it has responded to antibiotic treatment is a good sign. Are you able to contact the treating physician's office to pose this question and ask about further antibiotic treatment?
