I have experienced the feeling of “forgetting” how to breathe and walking periodically. It’s like my brain forgets how to do basic functions.

I had this as well.Forgetting how to breathe and trouble walking.I still have trouble walking and have lost strength in the trunk of my body.I dont know if you are still having trouble breathing, but it should eventually go back to normal.I believe this is all from the vagus nerve being attacked by covid. The vagus nerve controls so much.I have completely lost my gag reflex.Even if I had to throw up I can't.The strength in the muscles and the signals are gone. The Doctors do not know much about the vagus nerve or long covid. It is so frustrating.
