Thank you -- my bone doc says power plate could be too strong, could cause fractures. That's why I went for the VibrantHealth BC; it's supposedly LIV and not likely to cause fractures. it's so aggravating that the research on anything but pharmaceuticals is so sketchy!

Interesting! His is the large one and has multiple strengths. I start out at 30 and move up every minute (to 50) before my biodensity session. Then do it again after my session.

His response to needing research was not great - he said Power Plate web page had good research and that other companies were using Power Plate research to help market their machines.
