After a year of Evenity followed by 1 1/2 years of prolia (so far), I fractured lumbar spine from mild coughing a few months ago. This was third lumbar compression fracture. Sister fractured spine (2 vertebra) after 5 years of Prolia -- by taking turkey out of oven -- she did not have pain until 3 days later. We inherited osteoporosis from both parents.

I have been strong, fit, casually athletic, until first fracture in 2020 (coughing) -- now getting PT & Pilates. I bought a LIV platform from Vibrant Health BC a few months back -- and I can't find any research on this one that's not their own research. I can't find complaints, either. Anyone know anything about this platform? I use on lowest setting. It's much less expensive than Marodyne.

I will see if my clinic has any information about research.

I go to a biodensity treatment once a week and it starts and ends with the vibration. This doctor is a Power Plate fan.
