Hi @cmaiwurm, as you wait to hear back from @buckslayer, I wanted to add a message of welcome. Additionally, I'm tagging fellow members like @garielle @tjanet @graphicedge, who have experience with total parenteral nutrition (TPN).

Reading your profile bio, it sounds like you've been dealing SIBO and digestive health issues for a while. What has lead to your considering TPN at this point in time?

Thanks for the note. I tested for being malnourished and that didn’t go well. I am running out of options with the level of dismotility, dilation, nutrition, symptoms from SIBO, etc. in short I am running out of options and can hopefully get some quality of life improvements through the use of TPN.
