Hello @stelal and welcome to the Parkinson's support group on Mayo Connect. I did find some information about this supplement on WebMD. Here is link to this information which indicates that there is no evidence indicating the effectiveness of this supplement for PD patients.

Have you been recently diagnosed with PD? If so, have you tried prescribed drugs such as Carbidopa/Levodopa?

Often folks take vitamins and supplements and don't discuss this with their doctors, and I have never had a doctor ask me wether I'm taking any supplements or vitamins. In some cases, though , vitamins and supplements can interfere with Parkinson's meds, so it can be useful to discuss this with your doctor to ensure that you aren'tat risk . There was a sitation where a man's wife (who had PD) experienced less and less help from her PD meds; the doctor kept increasing the PD meds and the husband kept increasing the doses of vitamin B. so they were just chasing each other, both trying to help the woman and uintentionally not helping her. We like to think of vitamins as good and innocuous, but even if pur vitamins were, the folks who manufacture them may keep adding a 'secret sauce" to make them look more valuable with out thoroughly researching interactions.
