Good enough. Covid flares in my wrist and knee which I am mitigating with tools I have had success with, but my head is clear and this is good. I chose not to take the prednisone this morning when the knee flare hit. Rough, but I got through. That one is better now, but a new on in my same wrist has flared midmorning. It is a little tough right now, but the hemp cream, hot water, cold packs, and codeine should have it under "management" in a few hours. Hard to type one finger 🙂

I can only imagine. I do hope it eases up on you. I know it won't go away that would be too much like right. Question? The help pull helps with joint pain?
