I'm in Florida and my Spanish has really gone downhill, but I drank a Guatemalan beer last weekend, and my father-in-law is recovering from kidney cancer/surgery. I'll be happy to help out if there's anything I'm actually competent or qualified to help with.
His cancer was urothelial adenocarcinoma, which occurs more often in the bladder than in the kidneys, but it took root in one of his kidneys, which was removed several months ago. He's been on an immunotherapy drug as adjuvant treatment since then, and doing semi-OK most of the time.
I think the forum software here has a decent English < --> Spanish translator.
There's also a dedicated forum section here already in Spanish at https://connect.mayoclinic.org/bienvenidos/
If those don't fit the bill, Google Translate is also pretty good and easy enough to navigate with cut-and-paste.

Thank you, very much, for your reply! That link you gave me is very helpful. I sent that to my friend who lives in Guatemala and has kidney cancer. Thank you for your willingness to answer any questions.
