My right leg also bothers me most... I wonder if it relates to the right hand/leg being more dominant because I'm right handed.

I bought an adjustable base for my bed which comfortably keeps my legs elevated while sleeping. My issue is muscle spasticity/nerve pain from MS but the base might help you too. The elevation is very slight but it works. If its too high you'll know because your legs will get numb - that's what happened to me. I initially bought the base to relieve sinus congestion and figured out it helps my legs too. Funny how things work out.
