You have to sign up for a Reddit account. Super simple. Once you do that you will find the r/sfn section if you type in that wording on the search icon. Someone just posted the link on Google that has the ingredients on the topical gel that you mix with pirenzepine. It has the milligrams and you would need a milligram scale which Amazon has. DMSO, propylene glycol, polyethylene glycol, polyoxyethylene glycol, citric acid, sodium hydroxide, methylcellulose, glycerine, NAOH, ethanol, benzyl alcohol, water, sodium citrate are the ingredients for the topical. This is for the straight up pirenzepine dihydrochloride raw powder not the freebase monohydrate pirenzepine. All freebase does is increase the drying time. It doesn’t affect the efficacy. It was used in the clinical trials for that reason.

Also the link has the Winsantor patent info and a ton of other info pertaining to pirenzepine.

I added a screenshot of the topical mixture. All ingredients are measured by mg even though some are liquid. It must be by weight I guess.

Also someone used a hydrogel called Intrasite for the topical also. It has three ingredients if you make it at home. Below is the Intrasite ingredients.

Purified water: 77.70%.
Propylene glycol: 20%.
Sodium carboxymethylcellulose: 2.30%.

Why is their all this cloak and dagger surrounding a possible cure for this awful disease. If in fact it does work it should be shouted from the roof tops. Their are millions of people world wide in agony with , at present no effective treatment and no hope. Don’t we matter ?

I tried pharmacies in Mexico and Europe to try and get them to compound pirenzepine as a topical treatment for neuropathy but for legal reasons, they will not allow. My Kaiser docs will not complete the application for "extended use." The application has been streamlined and simplified so that now it takes about 45 minutes to complete. I,am 74 so believe it is worth the chance as this med has been touted as a possible reversal of this condition. Please advise any thing new learned,

Is there any info on taking Pirenzepine orally

My doctor straight up told me I was not worth the time to complete the application for. At least he was being honest about how he felt. The legality of this is something that you would have to consider on your own - but I know that Pirenzepine tablets are available for sale through other countries - I have seen others talking about that online. DMSO is available in the US. That is what Win-San-Tor is using as a carrier for the Pirenzepine. I am not sure how you would go about mixing up a 4% cream with those two pieces of information though. I also know that Win-San-Tor does not have enough supply for their clinical trials yet - and that they are working on building it up (to include supply for the expanded use program). They told me they expect to have enough supply by early next year for the expanded use fda program.

Why is it impossible to get the results of Winsantor’s clinical trials 1 and 2 or Pirenzepine.

If the trials were successful why is there resistance to fast tracking a topical cream. Don’t the powers that be realise that millions of people are suffering.
