The best way to overcome this is with giving of yourself to others less fortunate. Hospital volunteer or outreach that cooks for homeless or church work , teaching Sunday school, volunteering to read to the elderly or chat w them …..the list of giving that you CAN do is endless…..you are only looking at your negatives…..look at your positives….what can you still do ?……..being useful is the only way of living. The only answer!!
