Hello Rosemary
A few years back my potassium was detected on the CMP being on the border line, quite a few times it has gone below the lowest limit. So I have been taking Potassium Chloride ER. 10 meq supplements for nearly 2 years, No Dr has given me a good answer ... from what I am reading is that this is very rare case considering the fact that my adrenal glands are running just fine and the ratio Aldosterone to Renin ratio is normal.,Tacrolimus dose is 1.5mg per day....was hoping some one has encountered this situation. Potassium has a direct impact on the heart rate if potassium drops down then heart rate rises...

Typically mineral magnesium runs low & is well documented for KTR.
