It has been 3 months since end of chemo. Can anyone share their hair pictures or stories about hair regrowth?

I always had straight hair, very thick, dark blonde. I lost every hair on my body lol. It grew back very curly, mixture of gray, white and dark brown. After starting on anastrozole it is slowly falling out again and coming in very fine and straight with noticeable bald spots.
I am now on Anastrozole now - hope I don't lose any more hair!! Thanks for the information.
I lost all of my hair, every single hair on my body. I was in my 30’s and it came in gray and white and curly. I took tamoxifen and the anastrozole and my hair came in fine and stayed curly in spots. Some is curly and some is straight. It has stayed this way for 18 years. until I was put on statins a year or so ago and now it has gotten quite thin. Here is a picture immediately following chemo, sitting with cockatoo, and one about three months later, standing with friend. These are photos of old photos so not the best.
You look great!
Thank you! Very helpful. Pictures were a good explantion.
Looks great! You were very smart to add some darker color at roots around face! Beautiful decision!
Makes me wonder for those who are growing hair back in, when at a very short length, you might like the look of a little darker color - but using only powder root blur, not dye?
I’ve used root blur for years, it’s just powder, pretty non toxic. Sticks amazing well to the hair, but washes out with shampoo.
Suggest sticking to better brands to get better quality look. John Freida, Clairol, Madison Reed are the brands I’ve used. I have a friend who uses eye shadow powder as root blur, though.
I order from Amazon but it’s sold everywhere. I buy a slightly lighter color than I think I want, because it tends to do on dark. Brush from thicker hair towards the fine hairline to avoid a dark line. Then blur some more with your fingers.
Thank you for your helpful comments
I lost all of my hair after starting chemo. When my hair started to grow again it came in a silver/grey.
You look even more beautiful with short hair!
You are very kind. Thank you!
