I take 500 mgs. of magnesium glycinate nightly about half an hour before bed. Naturebell is the brand I use ,but there are others. Got mine from Amazon. I'm weaning off Lexapro and having sleep issues. Turn off the screens and avoid caffeine and sugar a few hours before bed. Good luck.

Glad the magnesium glycinate helps you. I tried it several years ago and it caused stomach issues. Was not really sure it helped. Those pills are big!
