As I said, I take 500mg of taurine added to my magnesium glycinate. You have to experiment and find what works for you. Some people report magnesium taurate works for them. I prefer to have control over how many mgs of supplements I’m taking. I take 200mg of magnesium glycinate but I also drink 32oz of electrolytes daily which also contain magnesium. You can research this then experiment for yourself and see what works.
