Side effects of Latent TB medication and after you finish meds

I was diagnosed with Latent TB and I’ve gone through 180 days of treatment. I also have thyroid issues and autoimmune disease issues. I’m having bad side effects from the medication’s. They put me on Isoniazid but I’m also having a hard time figuring out how long am I going to have the side effects from the medication‘s?

Are you still taking Isoniazide?
Are there any specific side effects that are worse than others?
