Hi Dana. Congratulations on your 6 successful years. I'm so happy to hear that. You're definitely an inspiration. I have adjusted pretty well and learned the true meaning of doing things in moderation. I pay a lot more attention to the things I consume and try to eat healthier. I'm lifting weights and doing cardio regularly. For a while now I have felt like my heart, mind and body are all on the same page.
