Hi @saganjames, I had not heard the term neck crepitus but I'm sure a lot of us in the older generation have it to some degree. A few years back I took a safe driving class for 55 and over to get an insurance discount and one of the things we learned was neck exercises to help with your neck movement to help when driving. The exercises were the same as the ones described here:
