The bit you’re all pushing back into place, does it feel like a bony knob in your throat beneath the jawline? I was poking and prodding my throat the other day and located a bony knob and I think I irritated it and now it’s sore. I’m attaching a photo of the location. Is that the edge of the hyoid ??
