Maybe you can do a month long patch monitor if available. It is a small patch put on your chest.

Thank you, that sounds much better than a month long holter monitor. I will look into it.

My patch monitor was still bulky and would not stick with the taping it came with . You still have to carry the little cell phone around w/ you as well . I wound up putting the leads on for 12 days and having the small monitor on my bra and carrying the cell phone thing .
It’s quite a pain ( plus you have to change the leads pads every few days and take it off daily when showering 🧼.
I agree this person needs to do a heart ♥️ monitor or halter monitor for more than 24 hours though. I would also get second opinion.
I take Heart Calm ( supplement) .. Google it .. to help calm the pvcs and PACs .
