Hi ronnie3716. My therapy started as soon as I was out of recovery. They don't want your leg to get stiff. I had surgery on Fri and my formal therapy started on the following Monday. 🙂 Good luck!!

Hi @dawn_giacabazi, THANK YOU! for your posts. Electric ice pad? Never heard of it but would love to know more. Ice has always been my best treatment. I broke my ankle (my bad knee gave out on steps and I fell) about a year ago and I too used ice and didn't need meds except for an occasional Advil. Did you get the ice pad from your doc, PT, or ? I'd like to know more about it.

Google it and Amazon and others will "pull up"<br />

Good for you . Don't forget to also add hot. Helps a lot

An electric ice pad? Didn't know there was such a thing. Thanks for the info

@dawn_giacabazi Hi, Dawn. I’m hoping you can share some information about the brand of electric ice pad you used, and where you purchased it. Thank you in advance for any info. 🍀

What is an electric ice pad? Never heard of one!
