For me it certainly was just chronic anxiety , i started with propranolol to stop the situational anxiety from worrying, then a course of Sertraline (zoloft) has eradicated i would say 99% of those palpitations.

speak with your doc and give that a go

i think these might help but last night when trying to sleep my ears started ringing very loud and started doing research on these medications and heard it can make the tinnitus symptoms worse so idk what do to now im going to check with my docter today
