i also have a very similar experiences they say it gets better ive only had for 5 days since the cocaine and constantly feeling the circulation throughout my body and heart has been almost unbearable and extremely worrying which makes it worse (especially when trying to rest) ive been tested cardiologist and all that and only major thing was high blood pressure
wondering if any improvements for u?

For me it certainly was just chronic anxiety , i started with propranolol to stop the situational anxiety from worrying, then a course of Sertraline (zoloft) has eradicated i would say 99% of those palpitations.

speak with your doc and give that a go
