I think that, because Evenity is both anabolic and anti-resorpative, it's typically followed by either Prolia, or a bisphosphonate to lock in the gains. @windyshores and I have both been wondering if, following a drug vacation from a bisphosphonate, it might be possible to go on Tymlos or Forteo. I certainly hope so. Both sound very effective and seem to have milder side effects than Evenity. I'm having my first Evenity injection on Monday, so a long term follow-up plan is on my mind.

I will be going on Evenity after they get my blood tests back and approval by Medicare. Hopefully we both have good results. My doctor is hopeful that studies show following up with Forteo or Tymos since they are also bone building. She personally thinks it would be good protocol.
