Left side ache, kidney?, bladder, what? BP lower than normal

For the last couple of weeks, I have been having an ache on my left side at my waist and around the back also having twinges in the pelvic and flank area, occasional crampiness in the lower stomach. This is all coming and going and fluctuates in severity. The worst part is when I have to get up to pee in the middle of the night about three times in the last week, it was painful on the left side after urinating, but took about 10 minutes of laying in bed for the ache to go away. I did see the doctor she doesn’t my blood work was normal. No UTI.. I’m going for an ultrasound & get into the urology department as soon as I can.. and then another thing is my usually elevated blood pressures last two readings were 103/68, which is quite low for me. I don’t know what’s going on but it’s making me nervous.

Prayers sent. I had pain in my right side radiating to my lower right side and around my back and to my left side. I visited an Emergency room 3x at 2 different hospitals. I had 2 CT Scans done and an Ultrasound and was dx’d with bladder cancer and a neoplasm going on with my right Adrenal gland which no doctor told me but I read it in a medical report to do with our health insurance company. I also developed Diverticulosis during all this. I changed my diet quickly which has helped and I have had some pain on and off but nothing as severe as those 3 times between April -May- June 2023 that sent me to the ER in such awful pain. My bp has never been high but with all of this I have been going thru this past year I have found my pulse lower then usual.
