harleygz, Bless you. Vertigo is awful! I've battled it for about 15 years...off and on. My flareups are caused by sinus & migraine headaches. I take the meclizine/antivert immediately and lie down. Usually I can get relief in 3-4 days. The onset of the 1st bout of it was the worst with vomiting and the room spinning. It took it about 3 months to completely go away the first time. If I leaned over or moved my head to quickly, I would go into another spin. It was very hard. I know people that go to chiropractors and get much relief from vertigo. Stress is also a trigger for vertigo. I pray you get relief soon. I empathize and I care.

My cervical vertigo was fixed with a C23 Facet nerve block then ablation, I am so happy to not be sick anymore!
You can't see facets in your normal x-ray, it was finally diagnosed with a 6 view Flexion x-ray
