Hi, I am new to this blog/group. Is there an 'everyday" support group I can join? I am terrified to try this fasting because in the winter my schedule is very different than the summer. I stay up late and get up around 8am. My favorite time to snack is 9pm-10:30pm. Bad Snacking! I can go until noon before I want to eat. Any suggestions as to how and where to start? Thanks

There are a number of books and blogs that have information. Searched for Intermittent Fasting. I just finished “Feast.Feast.Repeat”by Gin Stephen’s. Also Dr.Jason Fung “Obesity Code”. Both have plenty of info on finding an intermittent fast schedule that works for you. I have been doing 20:4 and 18:6 windows. Fast 20 or 18 hours, eating window is 4 or 6 hours. It is not difficult if you do a clean fast. They both describe how to clean fast. It is healthy for your body to fast.
