My Dr wants me to go on Reclast for osteoporosis. What have been others' experiences with it? Any side effect or hints how to avoid them? Any restrictions? Just once a year? I have concerns about what if you need some heavy duty dental work while on it?

@sammy26, for Reclast, this forum and my doc have suggested medicating with tylenol before, during and after. Hydrating before, during and after (I requested IV hydration with saline). And asking for a slow infusion.
