My problem has been going on for 5 years. Felt pressure while sitting. Now after biofeedback, physical therapy, removal of my sigmoid and raising my rectum, botox injections, an implant of a Medtronics interstem, valium suppositories, pain pills, and various pain blocks, I am still with constant pain. What else?

Hi @lismom5. Welcome to Connect! I'm so sorry to hear what you are going through. I know it can be so frustrating when you keep trying new things hoping they will work but never getting an answer. Can I ask, do you have a specific diagnosis? I'm tagging @tanglefoot and @Restless67 who may also be able to provide some support.

No, I haven’t really had a satisfying diagnosis. Some docs thought this was muscle related and others looked at as nerve pain. Levitator spasm syndrome has been highly suggested, but no real relief has been received.
Thanks for asking,
Okay, well I did find one guy on Connect who has discussed the same problem in the past. Tagging @mm92599, in case he can offer some insight/support.

I just joined this connect program today and everything @lismom5 you have said it what I have mostly been going through. Have you had any success since your last post about this? I am very concerned and my issue has been going on for 9 months now and numerous Dr's and now they want to do another injection. I just want to know what happened and how. My issue started after my nerve block wore off after a CT myelogram. Hope to hear back from you. Would love to hear more from you and your story.
