Metastases to peritoneum

Hello guys,, my mom had breast cancer like 10 years ago she had hereft breast remived,took 12 chemo sessions and radiology sessions,, 2 months ago she had fluids in her abdomen she found out there was peritoneal cancer secondary to the original breast cancer... She stopped seeing the doctor two And a half years ago... Now she started intravenous chemotherapy but her doctor is not telling us anything about the prognosis... Her breast cancer was intraductal and she was positive for one hormonal receptor.. What is the prognosis here? Thank you so much

Thanks for your reply @aliskahan I'll check the link,, well she's going to have a second opinion but she's avoiding doing this as much as possible because she's so afraid of knowing the answer,, I will make sure she sees another doctor,, thanks a lot dear
