Wellness goes way beyond physical health, it includes mental and spiritual well-being as well. The article Dimensions of wellness: Change your habits, change your life from 2017 by The Canadian Veterinary Journal, discusses the dimensions of health and how "wellness encompasses 8 mutually interdependent dimensions: physical, intellectual, emotional, social, spiritual, vocational, financial, and environmental", and how it does not have to be the same for every single person but instead we should "strive for a personal harmony that feels most authentic to us."
