We've written many posts about the enormous power of exercise to strengthen the brain and promote healthy cognitive functioning as we age. In a new study conducted in mice that was published this month in the journal Science, researchers added yet another compelling set of data to encourage us to move regularly to benefit our brain. The study raises interesting questions about whether the blood plasma of exercisers might someday be used to provide the benefits of exercise to non-exercisers. Until that's available, you'll still have to put in the work to get your exercise the old fashioned way!
