The signs and symptoms of a concussion can be subtle and may not show up immediately. Symptoms can last for days, weeks or even longer. Common symptoms after a concussive traumatic brain injury are headache, loss of memory (amnesia) and confusion. An athlete with a suspected concussion should not return to play until he or she has been medically evaluated by a health care professional trained in evaluating and managing concussions. Mayo Clinic provides a comprehensive evaluation for diagnosis and management of concussions that includes specialist from Neurology, Neuropsychology, Audiology and others as needed.

Hi Suzanne,I don't think it's from my Gamma surgery as my meningioma hasn't grown.
I have still have the same problems and my PC wants me to go to her if I don't get a cancellation from the neurologist soon. I'm worried about my vertigo coming back. I had it from 2013-2015 when my neuro ear doc finally gave me a "high altitude drug" that worked. I take meclazine at the first hint of dizzyness. But I was in a parking lot and a parked car in front on me seemed to be moving forward and back and the trees as we were driving were coming towards me. It's scaring me. I do have labyrinth disease - not the postural type. Mine can't be cured. I tried to get an appt. with my neuro ear doc and his office said I have to see a neurologist first. I am so afraid that the concussion messed something up.
Oh, I have written this in 3 sessions. Thank you for your concerns. Joan
