I have fibromyalgia and then in 2015 had a stroke(53y). I have lots of fibro fog or brain. I don't have what i call middle memory. I can recall right now unless doing multiple things and can if i make note of it for latter. But to recall it in a hour, next day, or even a month is hard right now. I may remember if look at calendar but sometimes i get blank then too. Is they any research for my illness getting Alzheimer's? Are these memory problems signs of early symptoms? What should someone do to prolong this disease? Thank you.
@lesion The dementia you mention might be the result also of cerebral misfolded protein deposit disease, or Amyloidosis. Perhaps systemic light chain, or one of several more forms. check out Martha Grogan's videos on the Mayoclinic web site.

Thank you for the comment. However, i don't know how these disease are related to my explaining. This was interesting because i have a rash that was ichy on my forearms and a biospy was taken at Rochester, mayo in oct 2017. A cause and what it is unknown yet.

I just saw video. The sound was terrible and you could not see any of the slides he was talking about. Did i have only questions? I didn't here answers but i understand can't tell much until you pass away and some new test are coming out. I believe i have been told mild cognitive function already. What next? Thanks
