Triple negative Breast cancer survivor coming up on 5 years!! I too have heard good results with the keto diet but im worried about all the fat, i was told low fat diet. I want to try it, but im a little concerned

@mamabird Welcome to this great group someone can give you insight I for one dont eat fat unless its the good fat.After my by pass surgery 23 yrs ago Dr told me not to eat red meat take skin of poultry The marbled fat will clog up your arteries Congrats on your 5 yrs free of cancer Research investigate and talk with your Dr.
