I am curious as to your take on the Keto diet and cancer. I am a Thymic Cancer survivor, and appreciate that food has an effect on our wellness. I've read that this way of eating decreases inflammation in your body. I have found Keto easy to follow and I am losing weight, which isn't easy for me since my surgery, chemo and radiation. They sacrificed my right phrenic nerve which makes it very difficult to exercise, certainly nothing aerobic. Please share your thoughts if there is any drawbacks to eating mainly protein, then fat and keeping bet carbs to 20 grams per day. Thank you.

So am I. I don't hear of too many Thymic cancer patients/survivors out there. Such a less common cancer.
Yes, we are certainly almost in the same category of mythical animals. When were you diagnosed and how are you doing now? I have posted a bit of my cancer journey on another thread under thymic carcinoma.
Would you please address incorportating Tumeric into your diet and taking a Curcumin supplement as a cancer preventative, as well as, a cure for cancer. Also, the benefits of baking soda in treating cancer.
