I am 38 year old female, thymic cancer survivor 3months out of radiation. I am cancer free (yay) and curious about a diet that would work for me. I have heard of the ketogenic diet, but am a petite frame and worried about losing weight. I am in search of a dietician/nutrionist to begin to work with. Do you have have any thoughts, ideas around this and what type of nutrionist I can begin to work with?

I am curious as to your take on the Keto diet and cancer. I am a Thymic Cancer survivor, and appreciate that food has an effect on our wellness. I've read that this way of eating decreases inflammation in your body. I have found Keto easy to follow and I am losing weight, which isn't easy for me since my surgery, chemo and radiation. They sacrificed my right phrenic nerve which makes it very difficult to exercise, certainly nothing aerobic. Please share your thoughts if there is any drawbacks to eating mainly protein, then fat and keeping bet carbs to 20 grams per day. Thank you.

Made arrangements weeks ago to take time out of my work schedule today specifically to watch this video. I am extremely disappointed that I was unable to watch it today because of a browser issue. Not a Facebook advocate!

Hi @nancyhailey
I, too, am disappointed that some people were unable to view the video live. I understand your frustration. Our tech team is investigating why this was not working on Windows Explorer 11. Can you tell me what device (desktop, laptop, tablet or phone) you were using?

Luckily the video is archived. You can see it at the top of this page.
