Is GERD considered a a diagnostic cause of Lung Fibrosis

Initially CT looked like sarcoidosis. Bronch showed pathology of hypersensitivity pneumonitis. Unaware of any exposure. Left environment and symptoms progressed rapidly. Started prednisone and weaning off now. Is it possible for this to be hypersensitivity even though I left environment and symptoms got worse. Thank you

If you are transplanted, and you have reached the 5-6 year mark, what are the chances of another transplant?

Thanks, my diagnosis was made by open lung biopsy sent to the mayo clinic in Arizona. I am also on 2000mg of cellcept for the NSIP with 30% fibrosis.
