Ron, I have GCA and got diagnosed with ... it when I started losing my vision ... I got treatment in time to save my vision ... My understanding is that losing vision ... for people who have been treated for GCA

have to have all the symptons to have GCA ... sometime hurts to chew, sometimes fuzzy vision ... but not double vision or blackness.
